I can read hangul, understand basic phrase, can catch up easy and common dialogue, and obviously: can use online dictionary, lol. That’s it. People say it’s learning by doing, so here I am… Feel free to correct my translation work. This is my own practice ground, so take everything with huge grain of salt. Lol. Thanks~

eventhough we all know that it’s not easy to be idols… but I think the problem exists in Korea entertainment is rather much stretched out. Wanna know why?
well, in my opinion, it’s all becoz the trainee method thing. What is wrong with the traditional way: taking the best talent with appropriate age in one audition and debut him/her soon after several month debut preparation?
while what some Korean agencies do is… seeking the most good looking under-age kid, who sometimes doesn’t have talent at all, and spends years over years training to make him/her “talented”. That’s why the agency has strong position towards each and every its artists.
