I can read hangul, understand basic phrase, can catch up easy and common dialogue, and obviously: can use online dictionary, lol. That’s it. People say it’s learning by doing, so here I am… Feel free to correct my translation work. This is my own practice ground, so take everything with huge grain of salt. Lol. Thanks~
Woot! It’s official! The winners are here~
Well, I don’t watch many K-Dramas lately, moreover other country’s series, so I can’t comment much on the results. But anyway, as a self-called Sherlockian myself, I’m happy that Sherlock brought one trophy, hehe. :p
Now… Tree with Deep Root as Daesang? Hm, I don’t know, while I found the idea and plot awesome, I can’t really connect with the drama. Han Sukkyu performed really well, but the others aren’t really… up to my taste? I admit I didn’t finish it due for one and another reason. But really, is this drama really THAT good? Maybe I should pick this up again. Argh, so many things to watch, lol.
Well, whatever. The most important thing to me is… *drum-roll* Series/Serial Golden Bird Prize, The Princess’ Man!!! This drama won the Daesang in my heart (lol) and I will always love this drama. Forever. I know this drama isn’t going to win (I thought The Moon that Embraced the Sun will win, I mean its rating hit 40%), so I’m happy that they still gained recognition. ^^
The rest are just popularity contests (heck, maybe all of them are popularity contests), so I don’t feel betrayed (?) or anything, I just hoped more people watch History of Salaryman, lol. I dropped K2H and watched RTP until the end for Yoochun but didn’t really click with it. As for the soundtrack, I’m surprised that Lyn didn’t win this. I mean, you hear this song everywhere. Like, everywhere. Well, Taeyeon should thank SONE for this. It’s not like this song is bad, I like Taeyeon’s “Missing You Like Crazy”, but it looks like she didn’t sing it in her comfortable vocal range, since her vocal in the first lines isn’t as stable as she usually in her live stage. Nevertheless, congratulations to Yoochun for snatching three awards all by himself. His acting is really improved in Rooftop Prince.
Well then, until next year! I’m going to fully enjoy this amazing year of K-dramalands~ 😀
P.S. This one is my soundtrack of the year~
Beautiful photos of hiking and other outdoor adventures.
